this is my first post. i think first things are always special. so my first post is about a very very special book of a very very special writer.

Pather Panchali  is a novel written by Bibhutibhushan Bandopadhyay  translated as Song of the Road and was later adapted into a film of the same name by Satyajit Ray. Originally published in 1929, this was the first published novel written by the author. It was followed in 1932 by a sequel Aparajito, which was later also adapted into a film of the same name by Satyajit Ray.
